About Me
Dr. Jinmai Jiang is a diplomate in Oriental Medicine (Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology) certified by NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine), as well as a licensed Acupuncture Physician in the state of Florida.
Dr. Jinmai Jiang brings his practice with the profound fundamental in Chinese medicine and a wealth of years of academic experience in cancer research. He is a graduate of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (BUCM), China, where he earned both his Bachelor and Master degrees in Chinese Medicine. BUCM is the most reputable university of Traditional Chinese Medicine in China. Hundreds of BUCM alumni are practicing acupuncture from the coast to coast currently. Dr. Jiang was a Licensed DOM (Doctor of Oriental Medicine) in China, and he practiced the arts of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine in several hospitals in China for several years. Moreover, he held a Doctorate in Cell biology from Peking University, China, one of the top 5 universities in China. With his Ph.D. degree, Dr. Jiang started his academic career as a scientist in the States. He has more than 10 years of experience in cancer research with more than 40 peer-reviewed publications.
With more and more bench work done in the laboratory, Dr. Jiang realized that he can not only shed light on cancer study with his academic achievements, but also can help person in need directly with his expertise in acupuncture and herbal medicine. Theses motives encouraged Dr. Jiang to resume his practice of Acupuncture and Herbal medicine. Now, Dr. Jiang is practicing acupuncture in Gainesville of Florida at the highest level, providing optimal patient care and satisfaction. Dr. Jiang strives to create the ultimate patient experience to offer he patients the benefits and the full appreciation of acupuncture.
